White-Labeled Bible College
You have the opportunity to name your internship program whatever you'd like. You're not promoting DLI to your congregation, you're promoting something with your church's name and brand.
You don't have to write or teach any curriculum. You get to the fun stuff, but we do the boring work.
Our friends at Vibrant Church in The Woodlands, TX, for example, are a host site and they're calling their internship program "Vibrant College". Grace Church in Houston, TX, for example, has "Grace Leadership Institute".
Affordable For Your Interns
We utilize courses from Destiny Leadership Institute for your internship program. DLI is a fraction of the cost compared to other similar institutions. The average Christian university is $500/credit hour. DLI is less than $200/credit hour.
This is made possible as a result of our management strategy and the generosity of our covenant partners who subsidize the cost of operation to help keep tuition rates low.
Our current tuition rate is $1,500 per year, paid in six consecutive installments. A 10% discount is applied when paid in full up front.
However, you can charge whatever you need to operate your internship program. Interns will pay you directly, and then DLI will invoice your church for your students' tuition.

Online Biblical Training
Destiny Leadership Institute currently offers a two-year program that, upon completion, leads to the Diploma in Christian Leadership. Each Core is designed to be user-friendly and practical, as well as academically sound.
Utilizing the latest Internet technology coupled with time-proven educational delivery systems, DLI cultivates the interns' understanding of Scripture, their ministry gifting, and personal life vision. By doing so, we assist them in laying firm foundations within their lives upon which they can build their Ministry and Leadership skills.
Transferable Credits
DLI has an articulation agreement with Southeastern University in Lakeland, FL. This will allow interns to transfer up to 18 credit hours to SEU, where interns can continue their education through SEU's online program.
We help churches start and implement an internship program, so they can raise up their own leaders in-house. We partner with Destiny Leadership Institute, so your students can learn Bible, theology, and leadership through online courses while serving as interns in your church.

What is Destiny Leaders Institute?
The purpose of Destiny Leadership Institute (DLI) is to make biblical and leadership training available anywhere in the world, enabling Christian leaders to develop character, discover calling, increase competence, and operate within their respective organization’s culture. The training is designed to raise the quality of service coming from every level of leadership—not just those entering full-time ministry. The program is interactive, flexible, and affordable so that emerging leaders can discover their purpose and develop their gifts without interrupting other duties (i.e. family, work, local church ministry obligations). DLI seeks to be part of the answer to the prayer that Jesus instructed his disciples to pray, “The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field” (Luke 10:2).

We're Interactive
DLI courses are not merely self-guided correspondence classes. Well-respected and knowledgeable instructors, who are experts in their fields, guide interns through the course materials. Interns regularly collaborate and communicate with interns and instructors while they serve and apply what they are learning to their local church or ministry settings.
All units incorporate a variety of interactive elements, such as discussion boards, live webinars, and video lectures.

YEAR ONE
Introduction to Bible: Designed to give a clear, usable understanding of the Bible and to teach basic Bible study methods
Old Testament Survey: Provides a basic framework for understanding and interpreting the Old Testament by offering vital historical, geographical, and cultural insights
Servant Leadership: Offers a look at Jesus’ life and ministry in its historical and theological context, while focusing on Him as the ultimate servant leader
Christian Foundations I: Introduces the field of theology and provides a workable knowledge of the following important Christian doctrines: the Bible, God, man, and sin
New Testament Survey: Provides a basic framework for understanding and interpreting the New Testament by offering vital historical, geographical, and cultural insights
Internships 1 & 2: DLI’s internship requirement ensures that our students gain practical training in conjunction with their biblical studies. The internship course is required each semester.
YEAR TWO
Spiritual Formation: This course focuses on the development of the believer’s spiritual life. Attention is given to the spiritual disciplines, the connection between ministry and character, and the relationship between formation and sanctification.
Spirit-Filled Leadership: The course prepares students for Spirit-Filled ministry and offers biblically sound practical theology of Spirit-led ministry through preaching, teaching and leading in the power of the Holy Spirit.
Intro to Christian Ministry: Helps students identify and implement values, vision, mission and strategy in their ministry contexts
Ministry Skills: Introduces two vital ministry skills: communication and care – Helps students develop and deliver clear, powerful sermons and lessons and overviews principles of pastoral care and counseling
Christian Foundations II: Introduces the field of theology and provides a workable knowledge of the following important Christian doctrines: Christ, Salvation, The Holy Spirit, The Church, and Last Things.
Internships 3 & 4: DLI’s internship requirement ensures that our students gain practical training in conjunction with their biblical studies. The internship course is required each semester.
